CAD & 3D Scanning
Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool CATIA: Part Design, Generative Shape Design & Composites Design. SpaceClaim. Two 3D scanners available for long and short range scans with the capability to turn the *.stl scanned mesh into NURBS CAD surfaces (reverse engineering).
CAM Computer Aided Manufacturing
Small metal parts horizontal CNC machining/ CNC lathe (120mm x 80mm, max Diameter 240mm). Large 3 axis CNC router (1.2m x 1.2m x 350 mm) for nonmetals (Al, wood, plastic, composites). Large 4 axis CNC hot wire foam cutter (2.2m x 2.2m x 1.3m) for polystyrene (EPS, XPS). Full option large (1.3m x1m)100W CO2 Laser for cutting and engraving nonmetals (wood, MDF, acrylic, leather, etc). 50W Fiber Laser for engraving metals & nonmetals 300 x300mm work table & rotary axis. CNC Plasma cutter for metals 0.642m x 0.845m, 45 Amp, 12mm Steel clean Cut Capacity.
3D print farm with FDM (plastic filament: PLA, LW-PLA, PET-CF, TPU, ASA, ABS, etc) and SLS (UV resin). Electro-plating with Palladium, Nickel, Silver & Gold.
CAM Software used: ArtCAM, ZW3D, Mach 3, LightBurn, FireControl, DevFOAM 3D, Fusion 360.
73 Aero Wind Tunnel sessions done, worth €2.2M (586 Wind Tunnel Testing hours). For every hour in the test vein at least two weeks are spent on preparation. Aero-acoustics Wind Tunnels used: S2A, FKFS, SAWTC, S10 AWT.
Created & reviewed > 446 Thermal Attribute gate deliverables for 6 electric vehicles (now in production and on the streets for the Asian, US & EU markets). The data was acquired in the French, German & Turkish Climate Wind Tunnels & Cold Chambers with instrumentation done in Spain. Cold and hot trips done in the usual Automotive OEM proving grounds.

Here’s the X factor: objectively outperformed Porsche consultancy drag reduction on the same vehicle by CdA: -0.032 m2& Cd: -0.013 in the same wind tunnel (SAWTC) within ~ the same WT time (one 8 hours session).
Porsche consultancy minimum CdA=0.682 m2 & Cd= 0.287 out of 38 runs;/ my min CdA= 0.650 m2 & Cd= 0.274 out of 71 runs FYI: the Porsche consultant had 15 years of experience and I had 6 at the time.
We do Rapid Prototyping (with 4 axes hot wire CNC, 3+1 axes CNC router, CNC lathe, CNC Plasma cutter, CO2 & fiber Lasers, 3d printers, & sculpting in TecClay) for the Aerodynamic & Thermal parts of vehicles (cars & motorcycles tuning).
We also do Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Aero-thermal, Aero-acoustics projects with our in-house supercomputer (HPC cluster) & related Engineering Service Provider for Aero Wind Tunnel tests, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Aerospace and Automotive projects (you can choose between Man-hours or Man & Material).
